The Wheeling and Lake Erie is the largest Ohio based railroad company consisting of 840 miles of track in Ohio, West Virginia, Pennslyvania, and Maryland. FDCE performed inspections and prepared loading ratings for almost their entire system, ranging from simple deck plate girder bridges to complex, cantilever truss spans.
